En la oración nos abrimos a la acción de Dios, que nos transforma gradualmente a a través de todos los sucesos grandes y pequeños de nuestra vida. Este proceso de transformación nos hace capaces de instaurar y mantener relaciones fraternas auténticas, disponibles de servicios, a la compasión, a la solidaridad, capaces de presentar al Padre los deseos, las angustias, las esperanzas y los gritos de los hombres.
Los Carmelitas nos esforzamos por formar comunidades donde cada uno se sienta aceptado y valorizado simplemente por lo que es, es en si mismo un testimonio de que el amor de Cristo puede romper las barreras construidas por los seres humanos y permitir a personas de varias nacionalidades, culturas y generaciones vivir compartiendo juntos, sus vidas el trabajo, sueños y proyectos.
Somos contemplativos – proféticos, vivimos trabajando en medio de la gente. Somos hombres de oración, pero también somos hombres de acción; los carmelitas vivimos en pequeñas comunidades apoyándonos mutuamente en nuestro deseo de hacer la voluntad de Dios. Los frailes carmelitas somos párrocos, profesores de escuelas, directores espirituales, trabajadores sociales y capellanes.
Es la organización que representa a todas y todos los estudiantes de la institución educativa, cuyos miembros son elegidos en forma democrática por votación universal y secreta y su gestión es de un año.
